Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. nuts
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; melt butter (or margarine).
    Add sugar, egg and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients, chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove from oven when soft.
