Country Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiled cabbage, drained
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 heaping Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 stick margarine
    4 oz. American shredded cheese
Preparation
    Spread 1/2 stick margarine in casserole dish.
    Put cabbage in dish.
    In a saucepan, mix milk, 1/2 stick margarine, flour, salt and pepper together.
    Cook until it starts to bubble; remove from heat.
    Add cheese.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Mix 1 sleeve Ritz crackers and the rest of the margarine together (more if needed). Spread on top.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
