Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 medium (17 oz. or 2 c. size) can fruit cocktail
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together with a spoon the first 4 ingredients.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Blend two mixtures together well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
