Tourtiere - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 lb. ground pork
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. celery salt
    4 Uneeda biscuits
    crust
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in crust.
    Make 5 small holes in top crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes and 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
