Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken
1 carton sour cream (large)
2 cans diced chilies
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. oil
1 doz. tortillas
Preparation

Soften tortillas in hot oil.
Spoon onto tortilla 2 tablespoons of the mixture and place on greased casserole pan (all of the ingredients can be mixed together).
The mixture that is left after filling the tortillas is poured over the top of the casserole to cover the entire surface.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
