Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. Cheddar or American cheese, grated
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Prepare noodles according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Melt butter.
    Add flour, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
    Cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
    Do not brown.
    Add milk, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until smooth and thickened.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
