Pumpkin Pie Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 dry yellow cake mix
    1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Sprinkle top with dry yellow cake mix.
    Slice margarine, thin, and lay on top of dry cake mix, side by side.
    Sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
