Weight Watchers Ricotta Omelette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 egg
 
1/4 c. Ricotta
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
salt (or substitute) and pepper
Preparation
- 
                            Beat egg, fold in Ricotta.
 
Add milk, salt and pepper.
Cook in Teflon frypan.
