Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup of soup with remaining ingredients except water.
    Mix thoroughly; shape into 6 patties.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spoon off fat.
    Combine remaining soup and water; pour over meat.
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
