Cheese Dip Or Vegetable Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 pt. half and half
    dash of paprika
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in double boiler.
    Cook over boiling water until custard consistency.
    Refrigerate for dip, or use as topping over hot vegetables.
    Very nice over cauliflower surrounded by carrots.
