Florida Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 - 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chip
    1 jar (1 pt. marshmallow cream)
    1/2 stick butter
    2 c. nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together in rather large pan sugar and milk.
    Bring to a boil slowly and at full boil cook for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Have ready in a large bowl, chocolate chips and marshmallow cream.
    Stir cooked mixture into chips and marshmallow cream. Stir until chips melt also add; butter, nuts, and vanilla.
    Stir until mixture cools and begins to thicken.
    Pour into buttered jelly roll pan.
    Cut when cold.
    Let stand 24 hours, turn after 12 hours.
    Yield:
    5 pounds.
