Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped frozen broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. flour
1 pt. half and half milk
Preparation

Cook the broccoli and onion in water until tender.
Drain. Puree in blender.
Add chicken broth and pour into a boiler.
Melt oleo.
Add flour and salt.
When it thickens, add half and half milk.
Pour into the broccoli puree and heat.
Do not boil. Serves six.
