Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (15 oz.) can fruit cocktail (undrained)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into 9 x 13 greased baking pan, then put topping over cake.
