Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice (equals 2 Success rice)
    1 1/2 c. small seedless grapes
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Let stand about 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss gently.
