Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh medium sized mushrooms
1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. minced celery
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/16 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Rinse and pat dry mushrooms and remove stems.
Set caps aside for stuffing.
In medium bowl beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, paprika, onion powder and nutmeg until well blended.
Stir in celery.
Spoon into reserved mushroom caps.
Sprinkle with paprika. Broil at 500\u00b0 until cheese browns.
Serve warm.
