Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
2 onions, chopped
6 c. cubed zucchini
1 stick margarine
1 box stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated carrots

Preparation

Saute in 1/2 stick margarine, onions (chopped) and cubed zucchini.
Melt 1 stick margarine with the box stuffing.
Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream and grated carrots together. Layer zucchini-onion mixture and next stuffing mix.
Then layer soup mix.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
