Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    4 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 (16 oz.) can snap beans, drained and washed
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
    1 tsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook ground beef; drain.
    Add onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery; saute a few minutes.
    Add rest of the ingredients and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
    Cook in a 4-quart cooker with tight lid.
