Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can onion soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 lb. sirloin or tenderloin beef
    1/4 c. Burgundy (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all 4 ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Add mushrooms about 15 minutes before serving. Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
