Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach, cleaned and rinsed well
    6 slices bacon, chopped, fried and crumbled
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced or chopped
    1 small onion, sliced thinly
    mushrooms, sliced (optional)
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. finely grated onion
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Clean spinach and tear into bite size pieces. Add bacon, eggs, onion and mushrooms.
    Set aside.
    Put remaining ingredients into a blender and blend to make the dressing.
    When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad.
