Hamburger Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick (salt)
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (sauce)
    1 Tbsp. coarse ground black pepper (optional)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; mix well.
    Form into long rolls, approximately 1 1/2 to 2-inches.
    Wrap in plastic wrap.
    Place in freezer for 24 hours.
    Remove plastic wrap and place on baking sheet.
    Should be very little drippings.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    I turn oven up to 450\u00b0 for an added 10 minutes.
