Saloma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or deer meat
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. whole black pepper
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
Preparation
    Blend together.
    Mix; make 2 (1 pound) rolls.
    Wrap in foil and put in icebox for 24 hours.
    Punch holes in bottom of rolls. Put on cookie rack over pan with water in it.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
