Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Sprinkle dry ingredients over meat.
    Put liquid smoke into the water, then mix all ingredients.
    Shape into 3-inch rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Lay in pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
