Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, thinly diced, unpared
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake until golden brown on top (about 25 minutes).
    Cut into 1 x 1-inch squares.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 4 dozen appetizers.
