Chicken Au Vin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium chicken breasts (remove skin)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    salt
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Bone chicken and place in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with a little salt.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 4 to 6.
