Busy Day Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. stew meat
    3/4 c. beef consomme
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3 large carrots
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1/4 c. white wine
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. Beau Monde
    3 or 4 potatoes, cut and quartered
    1 pkg. green beans
Preparation
    Place all ingredients together in a Dutch oven.
    Cover tightly.
    Do not stir.
    Place in a 250\u00b0 oven for 7 to 8 hours or place in crock-pot on low heat for 7 to 8 hours.
