Cashew And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (3 oz.) mushrooms, reserve liquid
1 can (20 oz.) Loma Linda Tender bits, reserve liquid
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
breading meal
4 Tbsp. corn oil
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 can liquid (use water and reserved liquid)
1 1/2 c. broken cashew nuts
1 large can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Cut drained tender bits in fourths, bread with meal and brown in hot oil.
Saute mushrooms, celery and onion in corn oil.
Add browned entree pieces and mix well.
Place in oiled casserole and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
