Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light or dark Karo syrup
Preparation
    Cook; keep stirring until it comes to a boil.
    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Pour over 6 quarts of hot popcorn. Mix well.
    Pour on 2 pans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
