Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. green onions and tops
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can sliced mushrooms with liquid
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. cooking sherry
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over rice.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
