Little Reubens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef, broken into small pieces
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
6 to 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix all together and add enough Thousand Island or Miracle Whip salad dressing (approximately 1/3 cup) until it holds together. Put a teaspoonful on a rye cracker or a Triscuit.
Put in microwave or under broiler until the cheese melts.
