Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 cups ground zucchini
    3 c. ground onions
    1/2 c. salt
    4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 red pepper, chopped fine
Preparation
    Combine zucchini, onions and salt and let stand overnight.
    Rinse and drain. Add rest of ingredients and put all in large kettle. Bring to a boil; simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes or until of desired consistency.
    Place in clean sterilized jars and process in water bath for 5 minutes.
