Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    3 medium carrots, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. seasoned croutons
Preparation
    Boil zucchini until tender.
    Meanwhile saute carrots and onions in a little butter until limp.
    Add soup and sour cream. Add 3/4 cup croutons and zucchini, stirring gently.
    Pour into 2-quart greased casserole.
    Sprinkle remaining croutons on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
