Green Chilies Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cubed bread or 6 slices bread buttered on one side
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
2 c. grated Jack cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Put bread in 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Add Cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Sprinkle with green chilies on top.
Add grated Jack cheese.
Beat eggs, milk and spices together and pour over top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Serves 8 or 10.
