Chuck Roast Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    4 Tbsp. paprika
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Wash roast; pat dry.
    Sprinkle with the paprika; brown on each side in 3 tablespoons cooking oil.
    Cover with water; simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add pepper, onion and tomato; cook 30 more minutes. Remove roast from pot.
    Thicken gravy with water and flour mixture to desired thickness.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
