Grandma'S Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Mix shortening, sugar and eggs together.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and vanilla together.
Add milk and flour mixture alternately with sugar mixture.
Chill thoroughly.
Roll out on floured board and cut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
