Snappy Salmon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot cooked rice
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears, thawed and cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine rice, egg and cheese; mix well.
    Firmly press into bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch pan.
    Combine rest of ingredients and mix well.
