Vegan Ala Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. walnuts, ground
    1 tsp. salt (if crackers not salted)
    1 Tbsp. sage
    1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
    2 to 3 garlic cloves, pressed
    1/3 c. parsley, minced
    8 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all contents together.
    Roll into walnut sized balls. Freeze before baking.
    Cover with sauce.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 20.
