Macaroni Cheese Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni (1 3/4 c.)
    2 c. small curd, cream-style cottage cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 slightly beaten egg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (2 c.)
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain well.
    Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, salt and pepper.
    Add cheese and mix well.
    Stir in cooked macaroni.
    Turn into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    I make this a day before and chill in fridge until ready to bake (overnight).
