German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Cook potatoes until tender.
Slice.
Mix rest of ingredients. Layer sliced potatoes, alternating with layer of mixture.
Allow to marinate overnight.
