Sweet Potato Biscuit With Country Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    milk
Preparation
    Mix and sift dry ingredients.
    Add butter or margarine and sweet potatoes.
    Add enough milk to make a dough that can be handled easily.
    Turn out on lightly floured board.
    Pat or roll out and cut with medium biscuit cutter.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes until brown.
