Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
____ Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar in another large bowl.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small dish and set aside.
