Penny Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. sliced potatoes
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 c. sliced onions
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Layer bottom of casserole dish with 1/2 of beef.
    Then layer onions, carrots and potatoes.
    Add rest of beef and top with mushroom soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until desired tenderness.
