Different Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 c. diced leftover turkey (wild turkey works well)
    1/2 c. butter
    3 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 egg
    3/4 c. broth or milk
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Arrange turkey in large baking dish. Melt butter; saute crumbs, celery and onion. Add salt, baking powder, pepper and poultry seasoning. Beat egg and combine with broth or milk. Add to crumbs. Pour over turkey; spread soup over top. Sprinkle with additional buttered bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12.
