Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. mashed banana
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar. Add eggs and banana.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with liquid.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan or 2 small 1 pound loaf pans, well-greased, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
