Swiss Chard With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Swiss chard
    4 Tbsp. olive oil (or less)
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    2 small tomatoes, seeded and diced
    salt and crushed red pepper flakes to taste
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Trim coarse leaves and thick center ribs from chard.
    Cut tender stems and leaves into 1/2-inch slices.
    In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add bread crumbs, stirring often.
    Cook until bread crumbs are crisp and golden.
    Remove from skillet and set aside.
