Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked or candied carrots
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients lightly.
    Pour into buttered casserole. Blend stuffing mix and softened margarine.
    Spread on carrot mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 servings.
