Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Gold Medal flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. salad oil (Crisco)
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. pecans
1 pkg. confectioners sugar
1 block butter or margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift together:
flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Set aside.
