Herbed Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded (1 c.)
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    8 oz. cottage cheese (1 c.)
    1 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Sprinkle cheese and mushrooms in pie crust.
    In covered blender container on high speed, blend cottage cheese and remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Pour mixture into crust.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Turn oven to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes longer or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
