Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked and cooled
    2 boned and skinned chicken breasts, diced
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 eggs, scrambled
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas
    red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Mix chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch in small bowl.
    In another bowl, place peas and warm water to thaw peas slightly.
    In a wok or skillet, heat a couple of tablespoons of oil.
    To hot oil, add onion and garlic; cook until tender.
    Remove from wok.
    Cook meat mixture quickly on high heat; remove.
    Add more oil to wok, if necessary.
    Add cooked rice, scrambled eggs, onion, garlic and meat to wok.
    Cook through.
    Add soy sauce and red pepper to taste.
