Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 c. sugar
    24 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cream cheese.
    Mix ingredients and pour into spring pan that has been buttered and dusted with graham cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Mix 1/2 pint sour cream and 2 tablespoons of sugar; pour over cheesecake and bake 5 minutes at 415\u00b0.
    Chill.
    Top with blueberries, strawberries, cherries or serve plain.
