Herb Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. self-rising flour
    2 oz. suet or margarine
    1 Tbsp. mixed herbs
    salt and pepper
    a little cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour with suet or margarine, herbs and seasoning.
    Add sufficient cold water to make a stiff dough.
    Roll into balls. Cook at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes about 8 small dumplings. Dumplings are great with corned beef and cabbage.
